The Power of Your Solar Business. What this Means.

I’m going to chat a little about “Living with Powur”. Sorry for the play on words. If you catch this, you are truly on you way to understanding our mission. The message I’m about to share with you here is absolutely critical to your success – not only in Citizenre -- but in all areas of your life. The results you get in building your Citizenre business will increase 10 fold if you truly understand, and apply, what we are getting ready to rap about.

Please don’t think sharing your Citizenre business with POWER means you are either rude or abrasive when you are talking with prospects. All it really means is that you are going to share the Citizenre opportunities, both the REnU System and the Ecopreneur business, from the core belief that you have the goose that lays the golden egg in your possession. You are only willing to share it with the right people.

Living with Power is an attitude more than anything. It is what people hear in your voice, see in your face, or read in your level of confidence. It is what draws people to you and Citizenre. It is your level of belief in this company and the opportunity we offer everyone. It’s the excitement that bubbles out of the phone or is read between the lines in your emails as you spread the word and tell everyone how they can make a difference. It really boils down to a positive self-esteem, and how you portray or carry yourself.

It’s not enough just to ask people go check out your Citizenre Websites. You have to have a presence about you that people flock to. Some people have that naturally. Others have to develop it. The good news is that you can! Here are some of the principles to becoming ‘attractive’ and magnetic.

1) You are looking for people to partner with. People you can develop into leaders – not people you are trying to save. Don’t sit down and come up with a list of people who NEED to make money. Make a different kind of list. Come up with the people who are the most successful people you know – those are your most likely business partners.

Along the way you will want to refer everyone you know to the REnU Solar Solution – including those who NEED or save money. It’s not your job to determine who wants to change their life. You just give them a FREE opportunity tool to make it happen, in the Citizenre business context. Whether they use it or not will be completely up to them!

2) No chasing should go on here. You are sorting – not selling. Even if you’re brand new, your ability to reserve REnU systems or register Ecopreneurs into your team will come from your attitude – from your belief in Citizenre and the solution we are asking people to join.

3) Ensure sure you and your environment are conducive to your feeling good about yourself. If you feel more powerful and confident if you are dressed a certain way, I suggest you dress that way. If you need to look good to feel good, I suggest that you make sure you look good before you get on the phone or go out to talk to prospects. If you’re on the phone, does it matter if anyone can see you? No. You need to feel good about yourself so that it comes through in your voice and attitude! Talk with a smile on your face. De-stress and approach your conversations as if you’re talking with a close friend or someone you find it easy to talk with. Beyond everything, you are in the business of listening, sorting, and pointing prospects to the Citizenre offerings. “Selling” in the stereotype of a use car salesman is NOT required.

4) Perception really is reality. People want to be associated with someone who is a busy, successful solar energy business owner. We're not asking you to fake anything here, or lie about how far you are in your business. What we are asking you to do is start seeing yourself as a powerful person right now with strengths and skills that others will find valuable. If you choose to perceive yourself that way and walk in that power, you will find others seeing you that way, too!

5) Treat Citizenre seriously – like any small business venture you may or may not have tried -- other people will treat it the same way. We don’t know anyone who wouldn’t be eager to make a comfortable monthly income by referring homeowners to a solar solution that makes sense on so many levels. Once your prospects and your growing Ecopreneur Team understands their income potential is unlimited, they’ll be even more excited to take the actions necessary to succeed.

6) Your level of confidence will draw people to you. Have confidence in yourself first…Then in the Citizenre offerings. You can be a brand new Ecopreneur, but people will still be drawn to your confidence and want to be involved with you if you are congruent with the Citizenre mission. Make sure you truly understand what Citizenre has to offer. That alone will make your confidence skyrocket.

7) There is no need to make this more complicated than it is. Citizenre is really a simple business but you have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone. And you must be willing to take consistent action – on a daily basis! Plan your day. Plan your week. Then do it. Every day. Every week. Consistently. Your self discipline will give you that confident edge you need. No one else is going to make you do it. Only you can do what it takes to spread the word and refer customers to the REnU Solar Solution.

8) Treat Citizenre like a hobby and not much will happen. Treat it like a real business that requires a significant investment of time and money, with the respect it deserves. Citizenre can and will create the financial freedom you can only dream of today. To become big, you must start thinking big. You have to hold yourself accountable. People can help you, but only YOU can do what it takes to make YOU succeed.

9) You learn by doing, and you get good by practicing. You’re allowed to make mistakes and screw ups. It is only natural and to be expected. It is what you do after receiving a NO from a close friend or really messing up a conversation with a prospect. Do you brush it off and move on or do you quit for the day; the week.

10) Know that people are going to say “no.” Not everyone is as bright and open-minded as you are! Accept it. Be prepared to hear “no” a few times. It won’t kill you. You’ll hear enough people say “yes” to build a great solar energy business. All those people who are saying “no” are going to stay in the same rut they’re in already. Leave them there, and go find the ones who want to change their lives, the lives of their children, and the overall health of the entire World. Our mission here is a big one. We need teammates willing to step up and move themselves into a powerful position in order to really move the needle.

I plan to be and will be very big. I’ve completed my goal setting. I’ve created my daily activities. I’m tracking my progress. I’ve put in motion my plans and strategies to help you all get there. I’m going to do whatever I can. I will move that needle but I will need your help – and all of the help of the team you will be building to do it.

So there you go... You’re not desperate. You are confident. You are “Living with Powur”. There are millions of people in this country to talk to. You DO have the opportunity to catch the sun and shower yourself with golden prosperity. You have Citizenre – the most explosive, fresh, and exciting home-based business in the country. You’re sitting at the base of a huge green wave. You are about to ride the next “Green Google”. You’re positioning yourself to take advantage of the pending solar revolution. Congratulations!

You have a way for the average person to succeed beyond their wildest dreams with a solar energy business. You have the REnU Solar Solution that you can refer to homeowners so they can save thousands of dollars while they can personally make a difference related to our looming environmental crisis. You have the Citizenre opportunity that is head and shoulders above any other network marketing business - EVER. You just need to step out and take advantage of it.

Be proud of it. Be proud of what you are doing. Make sure the people you work with are people you really want to work with! You have every reason to conduct yourself with pride and with POWER. Believe it in your hear – and people will be drawn to you!
